mr.baileysFirst of all thanks for your contributions to Drupal and for hosting the Drupal Camp Phoenix.
The above URL points to viewer's project page, not yours...
Now, I don't mean to diss your contributions to Drupal so far, but the Drupal Services listing is kind of a hall of fame of companies who have significantly helped build and grow Drupal. Looking at your profile, you have around 20 commits and a couple dozen comments/posts on Drupal.org. In my opinion, and while these contributions are greatly appreciated, they don't yet warrant inclusion in the Drupal.org Service Listing.
I'm leaving this issue open for a week or two in case another maintainer/webmaster wants to weigh in, or if you want to provide additional examples of contributions.

kevinwal commentedHell, sorry I'm sure that didn't help my request on posting the user link.
Understood that you'd like us to contribute further. We're working on it! We're a small staff so it takes a bit longer to get things updated / posted.
Do you have a "model" user that you would say is the baseline for inclusion?

alex ua commentedDo any other d.o. users work for KWALL? Also, could you post a link to some of the patches you mentioned? I checked your tracker but didn't see any actual patches.

mr.baileysAFAIK, there are no clearly-defined metrics or guidelines that determine whether or not a firm can be added or not, other than that the firm (or individual) needs to have a proven track record of contributions to Drupal. Contributions to the Drupal community can come in many forms, and it's probably hard to define a set of minimum requirements that warrant inclusion (and if we did, some firms would just contribute the bare minimum to get added to the list).
Your reputation and track record in the community is the deciding factor.
See greggles' comment in another issue (#651238-12: Add Happiness (Sweden) to the Drupal Services list) and http://drupal.org/drupal-services for additional information and tips.

christefano commentedI know KWALL as a known contributor to the Drupal community. In addition to helping organize DrupalCamp Phoenix, KWALL hosts the Drupal meetups in Orange County, California.
As a disclaimer, KWALL is one of the sponsoring companies for a recent LA Drupal job fair that I helped organize. Perhaps ironically, this should be further evidence of their involvement in the Drupal community.

codi commentedMoving this back to the Drupal Services Component.

alex ua commentedHey Kevin!
I hate to say this, since I definitely think you should be listed, but you'll need to follow the instructions at http://drupal.org/node/1735708 to get your company listed on the new marketplace- the old services listing is now deprecated. When you create your organizational node it will create another issue, so I am closing this one. Please don't take me marking this as "postponed" as a negative rating of your company though- we are just trying to clean up the old issues and get people to move their listings to the new marketplace. As soon as you move it I'll give you my +1.
Thanks!

alex ua commentedActually, I'm going to close this as "Closed (Won't Fix)", since we're not using the Service Directory at all any more, and I'm hoping we can "retire" this component soon. please feel free to put a comment on this closed issue if you'd like me to review your new submission.

kevinwal commentedSounds like a plan, thanks Alex! We'll look into adding to the marketplace.
