Emulating the search of SalsaCommons.org [#951058]

I love the way SalsaCommons (http://salsacommons.org/) has integrated google CSE. Is there a way to accomplish this same effect with this module?

That's what I thought, I'm already following the thread over here #946034: Autocomplete but it doesn't seem to be working for anyone.
