Add theme function for day of station schedule item

There is a theme_station_hour and theme_station_dayhour, but a theme_station_day does not exist.

An example use case for this is grouping the list of programs by day. Add station_schedule_item.start, display only the day, exclude it, and select it as the grouping field. Very useful.
