This patch changes the series links to be like the book node, having "First", "Previous", "Next" and "Last" links, much like an online web comic. It's a work in progress, however I thought someone might like this way instead of the way the module previously worked.

If you make a setting out of it, and provide that version, it might even be accepted :) Changing the display method used by the module completely does not cater much to users who are already familiar with the current experience. Please also use unified diffs. Thanks.
