Hello,

As the attached screenshot shows, I am having problems with overlapping menus when logged in to edit content. In particular, the View/Edit tabs above the contant are obscured my "My Account/Create Content/Log Out." In addition the latter menu doesn't look right in the first place.

Any suggestions?

Hi Tom,

How long you already having this problem? from fist installation or after modify / installing new module?

Hi,

Seems like the (superfish) menu layout breaks when there are too many or long-named parent menu items which makes the menu bar exceed the designated 952px width. Kindly see attached screen1; the last 2 test menu items I added breaks the layout.

As seen in screen2, disabling the menu width's 952px limit corrects the issue, but then the menu bar exceeds the page width.

The solution/workaround is to make sure your menus are not too many or it doesn't cause the menu bar to exceed 952px. I do mine by placing a separate sidebar menu for local navigation or user links.
