Release on drupal.org

As of now, Drupal.org's packaging system does not allow all the components that Commons ships with - most importantly, third party libraries. There is work in progress to make the necessary changes. Until that happens, we cannot host Commons here. Keep in mind, we stick to proper versioning regardless.
