Hello,

We are running an i18n setup of Drupal + Ubercart.
All modules are latest dev modules.
Language negociation is set up on prefix (www and fr).

A strange bug: when checking out, cart/checkout requires to fill VAT number.
Switch to English. The same page in English does not require to fill VAT number.

Okay, more on this bug:

Choose a French language in Drupal
* Checkout in French. VAT is not required.
* Click on English. VAT is required.

Now choose English language and browse website.
* Checkout in English. VAT is not required.
* Click on French. VAT is required.

This seems to be a language switching issue only.

The VAT number field is provided by a separate module, reassigning this issue.
