The following error was received when searching themes with filters compatibility 7.x and date.

The same error is reproduced with 4x, 5x, and 6x. It appears that the results of the searches list the entire theme library.

I logged out and the error(s) were not reproduced. I logged back in and the errors were not reproduced.

When I initially received the errors, I had two pages open. I right clicked (opened new tab) http://drupal.org/project/themes from the Front Page and attempted the search that produced the error(s). Could that have anything to do with it?

This is an unfortunately common issue with Drupal. As you saw, it is very much intermittent, and does not happen too often. Drupal 7 should improve the situation, #240828: "This form is outdated. Reload the page and try again" is incorrect and confuses users
