#984526: Making top menu same width as content below - added script.js and loaded in .info file to use for changing Superfish settings
Changed instructions and code for using CSS3 PIE module to display CSS3 round corners in IE. Previously had suggested incorporating library in theme.
Added ie8-fixes.css to included fixes for IE8 specific problems with CSS3 PIE (need to set z-indices)
Corrected problems with wrong color bullets being used if have a block on a footer with background color.
