As per the known issue on the page description:

"The Image Caption Settings does not work yet"

I'm curious why this wasn't already implemented, because it didn't require any extra effort. Maybe I'm missing something? I added both title and caption (summary) fields. I didn't include changes to the template files, because my picasa-node-album-list.tpl.php is radically different. But the included patch will let users add $images['title'] and $images['summary'] (which is the caption) to the template.

I can go ahead and commit if you would like.

Thanks, I'll have this committed later today. I got sidetracked and haven't been spending much time on this project. Maybe this will be the push I needed to get it out of dev.
