Hello
I found this great site http://www.themesnap.com/theme-demos/job-now/
Which are used modules there?
What modules are used to Apply Now and Post a Job section?

You just need to create your own content type called job.
Use the cck to define what kind of fields this content type will have and give the right permissions to users to be able to post a job.

Applying to a job is just filling a form so so special module there (probably called the contact form?).

For listing jobs entry use a "view" based on node type "job" (like sp_key say).
A view can be themed from top (the container) to bottom (the single field).
