Dont show the node again after the reply form when adding a reply to an issue

Hi

When adding a reply to an issue :
1° Submit buton is libelled "Preview" and not "Submit".
2° The beginning of the node if show under the buton.

How / Where to change that (in the comment.inc file ?)
