Hi @tmcw. I just wanted to check up on the status of this module. It is marked as Abandoned. I was hoping to get similar functionality. Is there something inherently wrong with this module? Is there a better solution? Are you open to new (co-)maintainers?

Hey zzolo,

So, this module is abandoned currently because the camptocamp work for getting HTML5 geolocation into OpenLayers was unfinished, and took an odd approach that resulted in a lot of OpenLayers-y code that doesn't work. Since I didn't have the time to develop the Javascript side and don't really have any personal or business usage for this kind of thing, this one fell off of the radar.

So, I'm very open to co-maintainers if you're looking to develop something like this, although I must warn that it's probably simpler to tear out the camptocamp geolocation code and replace it with a slim library like js-geolocation.
