Issue Summary
I note that it is possible to make custom fields appear on the subscribe block.
Is it possible to add these fields to the user registration form as well? At the moment it only makes a single checkbox (for the appropriate list) appear.

I would like to know this as well... working with the Drupal 7 version.

At the moment is not possible, but I would love to get some ideas on how to solve this problem (it's the same for the user page).
The problem is that you can select X number of lists to display on the registration page, but it's not all lists that have custom fields or has the same custom fields. How do we handle this in the layout? If only one list is selected to be displayed on the registration page, it would be easy to just print the custom fields.

Some ideas for the user page:
* Date of subscription shown next to subscribed newsletter.
* Add a description of the newsletter, perhaps with a thumbnail-size image for easy recognition.
* When the user is created in Drupal, the module should check if the user's e-mail address is already subscribed to any newsletters, and prefill the checkboxes.
Not sure if I should add them as a new issue (if so, just tell me), but they seemed relevant here.
