I can't upload or change my user image,all the permissions are correct,

"Can't upload" means what exactly?

"or change" so you already have an user image uploaded?

Perhaps: #668058: Resubmitting a user picture does show the first uploaded picture

yes I already have an user image,i just change image ,it happens.Also I tried with a new user , the same thing...

Tried to test on your site but couldn't see my user picture (no option to see on the user page and comments are queued).

My best guess is that this is a dupe of the issue mentioned in #1. Therefore changing the status. You can reopen if you think otherwise.

Btw: you should delete the user named "test". ;)

you just go to myaccount on top right after login.
