Hello,
Im using the Webform module (http://drupal.org/project/webform) version 6.x-3.4. I create a fieldset in the form components section.
Now if i add fields to the form,i dont see any option where i can assign the field to the created fieldset.I think this should be in the 'Advanced Settings' for a field, but the 'Advanced Settings' option is not present for any field i create.
What could be causing this problem ?

You need to drag fields into the fieldset
Create fields.
Create fieldset.
Using mouse drag the + in front of the field on top of the fieldset name.
If you cannot see the + in front of the field
If you cannot see the + in front of the field, make sure that you have clicked on "Hide row weights" link above the fields list
