I'm using Drupal 6. I've installed the module, enabled the filter in /admin/settings/filters/ full html - filters - Tool Tips. I've inserted hello [tip:hello=Message in popup] in the help text of a field of a custom content type but it just displays it as text 'hello [tip:hello=Message in popup]'

What am I doing wrong? I have fckeditor installed as well. Thanks,
