I know this isn't the right place to put this, but the issue is preventing posting to the forum or even using the contact form on Ubercart.org so I wasn't sure where else to get help on this!
When logged in (as user: Covenant Web Design), I cannot post replies (or the contact form) on any thread for the first time ever. Even on my own thread (www.ubercart.org/forum/bounties/15764/1000_partial_payment_module) I suddenly can't post and just get the error "Your submission has triggered the spam filter and will not be accepted." - from Mollom I assume? With juice 80+ and no past problems I don't know what's up? I posted once about this at http://www.ubercart.org/forum/general_discussion/18681/mollom_problem but no replies and I can't even reply now because same error. Any ideas?
When not logged in, to test/circumvent the issue, I tried setting up another user account, but the CAPTCHA kept failing - pretty sure I didn't do a typo 5+ times (and I had someone in another city try too - no dice). Same thing for the contact form. The recaptcha one is fine, but Mollom's CAPTCHA causes issues.
It is killing me because we only need $100 more chipped in to get to release a super-cool Ubercart down payment/partial payment module and I can't post and let people know!
Ideas? Thanks!

jm.federico commentedSame problem here, mollom keeps failing.
And, BTW, why mollom AND re-captcha? shouldn't we just use one?
Moving to major since this is stopping ppl from helping and interacting with the community

jacobkdavis commentedSame problem here, I had a bug I wanted to post to the forums but I was unable to register after trying many times from multiple browsers/workstations. I tried the IRC channel for a while but no-one was able to help there.
Registration always fails with:
The CAPTCHA was not completed correctly. Please complete this new CAPTCHA and try again.
Seems like a pretty big issue if people can't register for the site or post anything.

benshell commentedSame problem. I tried over and over again to get the captcha right, but it just doesn't work.

jm.federico commentedpromoting to critical
Really need to be fixed, stopping ppl from helping.
jm.federico commentedSeems like it's been solved!

sokrplare commentedHmmm...I don't get the same error, but now it says that my comment has been posted awaiting moderation! Was that the case before? Seems a bit odd for a forum.
sokrplare commentedStill not quite right. I can now post, but it gives the message:
Reopening this issue, but happy to create a new one if that is a better way to go.
It is a real pain since I'd like to tell people in this thread that we're ready to release the module!

sokrplare commentedJust had the three posts I'd made over the last few weeks all approved I guess and posted on the thread. Tried doing a new post and still got the "Your comment has been queued for moderation by site administrators and will be published after approval."

Island Usurper commentedI think Mollom needs to be updated so that it doesn't consider covenantd a spammer any more. There seems to be some work toward that end here: #869782: Allow users to report in case they are blocked.
With as many links as people post on the forums, this could become a really big problem.

sokrplare commentedLyle's been super helpful with PM's on ubercart.org (see attached), but we still haven't been able resolve the issue. Should we leave this issue as fixed and pursue more with #869782 or how can we get it best fixed up?
sokrplare commentedStill receiving the "Your submission triggered the spam filter." This is making ubercart.org unusable for me!

LordQuackstar commentedJust curious, is this still a problem? Because its still active and in the Critical queue
Comment #16
sokrplare commentedIt sure it - unfortunately - had it happen again just a week or two ago and I haven't heard of anything changing since then.
Just tried posting again on the thread to be sure and got the message "Your comment has been queued for moderation by site administrators and will be published after approval." Bummer!

tr commentedThe ubercart.org website is not under the control of the Ubercart maintainers, so there's nothing we can do to fix this issue. The best thing to do is contact the owners of that site directly. I'll leave this open as a support request so the issue can be tracked.

tr commentedClosing, as this is supposedly fixed. Regardless, the proper place to address this is on ubercart.org.
