I've just created a new feature that includes a rule configuration. After I download the feature and install it on my site it shows that I have overrides. However, from what I can tell my feature actually contains the code that features is telling me is overridden.

I've attached a screenshot of my features overrides page (using the diff module) as well as a copy of my features.inc file.

I'm using features 1.0 and rules 1.3
Any ideas on how to get around this problem?
