Whenever I click on the layout designer or content manager to add anything the pop up dialog shows for a split second then disappears quickly. I have tried to use it in firefox, chrome, and safari to no avail. This just started happening out of the blue. I am not sure if there is something funky with a requirement module or if anyone else has had this problem. Searching the support threads I did not see anything like this. I am using the latest stable version of panels.

Ok I figured out the solution to this one. Jquery_udate needs the previous version in order for the pop up dialogs to work properly.
