good_man commentedwhy it doesn't work with webform? webform is a node so it should work smoothly as other nodes? or you mean it'll contradict with webform permissions?

ikeigenwijs commentedIt would be convenient if it is possible to allow view access per simplenews newsletter.

good_man commented@ikeigenwijs Don't hijack this issue. Open another issue if you have different thing to report.
I've tried Content Access with Webform, it's working great, so closing this issue now.

drupalycious commentedHello,
I am presently having the issue described at the beginning.
I am working with Drupal core 7.9.
I have installed the modules "content Access" and "ACL". They work both nicely on every nodes types but not with the webforms. The "Access Control" tab does not appear next to the other tabs.
I have only access to the basic access control options of the webform, by going to the webform tab, then "form settings" and "submission access".
And there it is indicated: "These permissions affect which roles can submit this webform. It does not prevent access to the webform page. If needing to prevent access to the webform page entirely, use a content access module such as Taxonomy Access or Node Privacy by Role."
If anyone has solve this issue, could you tell me how?
Thank you
