As seen in this comment's issue http://drupal.org/node/818158#comment-3631846 link module is a requirement of Moodle Integration module, but the project's page doesn't mention it.

A note should be written in order to inform users about this.

The CCK link module is only required if the optional and experimental CCK "course" node type is enabled.

Better documentation would be nice to have. I'm willing to take any contributed documentation and add it.
