New release? What can we do to help?

Hi, this isn't exactly an issue, but I was checking, and there have been awesome updates and changes to the code base in the dev branch for quite some time, but the last minor version update was over a year ago. Is there anything we can do to get a stable release? What can we do to help get those extra features out to the more wary in the ubercart community?
