As a follow-up to a previous issue (#823982: Expand the Nodewords permissions to cover more granularity), provide a separate permission to control access to Nodewords for each content type.

You want to use the permissions system for that? Or the usual per-content-type admin settings?

In the latter case, see #822952: "Edit meta tags" permission for each content type

(I prefer leaving you to decide, which issue to set to 'duplicate' / move the blocker tag to...
Therefore, cheating you into looking at this comment, by setting 'needs review')
