  • Fixes Views Handlers and how they should be defined
  • Removes $page_limit = NULL which is equivalent which prevent qids from being returned
  • Removes views_process_dependency in favor of #states in new FAPI

It works fine for me.

I reviewed it with Coder module and I got a lot of errors there, but none of them was caused by this patch.

This is (at least) a partial duplicate of #941558: Adding views relationship results in a Broken/missing handler error and the two need to be merged.
