-- SUMMARY --
The Conduit platform enables web-publishers to create their own branded toolbars and
browser apps. With Conduit’s platform publishers are able to bundle their content into Community
Toolbars and apps, and retain user engagement at all times. The Conduit Banner Module for Drupal
enables Conduit publishers to easily integrate their toolbar distribution banners into their Drupal-based
websites. The module eliminates having to cut-and-paste banner codes from the Conduit control panel
into the website, and instantly embeds the banners within the site. It also provides the user with a wide
array of banners to choose from and an instant preview of how the banner would look on the website.
-- INSTALLATION --
* Install as usual, see http://drupal.org/node/70151 for further information.
-- CONFIGURATION --
2. Enable the module - administer >> build >> modules or simply www.mysite.com/admin/build/modules
3. If you have not signed up as a Conduit publisher, you can register at http://www.conduit.com/drupal,
it’s completely free.
4. Go to the Conduit Configuration page and administer >> build >> conduit or simply www.mysite.com/
admin/build/conduit/ctid
5. Configure the banner like so:
a. Insert your toolbar name (the same name you use to log into your Conduit account).
Not a Conduit publisher yet? Sign up now, it’s FREE!.
b. Select a banner from the list. Banners are divided into tabs based on their dimensions
c. Select a region to place the banner. you can set the banner’s order at the selected region
using the "weight" selector.
6. You can always configure your selected banner’s look and location via this interface, or use Drupal
Standard Blocks manager at administer >> build >> block or simply www.mysite.com/admin/build/blocks.

avpadernoHello, and thank you for applying for a CVS account. As per requirements, the motivation message should also compare the proposed module with the existing solutions.
