there's a visual glitch when using Util permission fieldsets with the seven theme (backport of D7 core seven).
the arrow is placed wrongly, over the text of the fieldset instead of left to it.

The arrow is generated by the theme, not this module. Perhaps the question should be raised with the theme's maintainer (and/or core).
