Date on the first Sunday in November repeats onto the following Monday (i.e. Sunday the 6th is also Monday the 6th)

Issue Summary

Very strange, and kind of funny, bug that only seems to happen for November. If you go to create or modify an event and you click the little "Select Date" link that uses the pop-up calendar, you will notice that whatever date is in the first Sunday of November will be repeated on the following Monday. Causing me big problems with scheduling November events. I have some screen shots if you want to take a look at the attachments. I labeled this as a major bug since we are dealing with a calendar here.
