I am looking for an extension/website that provide a mix between
LMS and resource management system (i think..)
The Problem I need to solve:
I have 30-40 Instructors that work all over the world so I need a website that can manage the activities, tasks and courses.
I need to manage their schedule for a day/week/month and year,
and to manage the courses that the teach accordingly
(my main issue is to keep track of everything in order to upgrade the management level)
Can Drupal be useful for my need?

Moodle is a bit of a heavyweight. If you have very simple course needs, then a Drupal solution can be a better solution, especially if you want to integrate other website functionality as well. Having said that, there are some modules which integrate moodle login with Drupal.
If the person who posted this request could detail their requirements a little, then that might help. Moodle is geared up for full on classwork, providing dozens of different types of learning media, such as assignments, quizzes, surveys etc and teachers can grade according to half a dozen different methods.

It is definitely doable. I am working on a (live but internal) website similar to what you are asking.
However you need to put in quite some work to get there.
