After upgrading PHP to 5.3.3 following message began to appear:
warning: Parameter 3 to bitcache_bitcache() expected to be a reference, value given in E:\data\repos-frontend\includes\module.inc on line 483.

Is this dangerous?

There are many incompatibility between PHP 5.3 and the old drupal modules. Try upgrading all your modules and drupal core especially and see if that resolves your issue.
