Is possible to send html email message to user for the relationship messages ? Can we combine the wysiwyg for the message edit field then we can add image and html into the message body ?

Try out the PHPMailer module, as it makes drupal send HTML mail. Then you could probably use HTML inside the email templates. No need to tweak UR at all. A wysiwyg editor is a nice to have but the sending is what you would need to test first.
