Adding this feature option to the .info file will allow panel panes to have mix and match styles... at least it works for me without having to do anything extra to the css.

skinr[background-color][features][] = panels_pane
skinr[header-background][features][] = panels_pane
skinr[title-color][features][] = panels_pane
skinr[link-color][features][] = panels_pane

Wow, you're keeping me busy! :) Yeah, I knew it was pretty easy to add both Views and Panels support but I was waiting to add it to an official release until I was able to test it out a bit better. But if you're testing it and having good results, then I'll try to add it soon. I put out a new release today to deal with a couple of the other issues you posted (I wanted to get the problem with the white background and fluid layout fixed immediately), but I'll try to get out another release in the next couple weeks that adds Views, Panels and Quicktabs integration. Let me know if you come across anything else it would be useful to fix/add before the next release. Thanks for all your help!

Sounds great. I'm going to reupload the quicktabs files because i wasn't fully using all the styles from your skins.css file which colors the block content so please use those instead so the tabs match all available styles. As far as panel panes goes, so far so good. I havn't even looked at views yet but when I have time... :)

This will enable views integration. Not sure about header background (or if its even necessary) however as something might be needed differently in the css.
