Refresh button would be appreciated for this module, so that the user could get asked a different question if it was too hard.. perhaps something using AJAX or a way to save the currently entered form data.

I'd like to see if were possible to use AJAX, but to degrade gracefully by using a submit button that refreshes the entire form (that would also make it more accessible). However, I think AJAX with ARIA roles would work fine as the user would be expecting to tab back to the previous label to try again.
