Hi,

Is it currently possible to geocode the taxonomy terms as the location and have them show up on the google maps?
The project page says that this module works with taxonomy terms so was wondering if this is possible.

I use content taxonomy module to allow users to select multiple taxonomy terms per node.

Geo taxonomy is the way to geocode taxonomy terms that, in turn, can be represented as tags on the tagmap. In fact, without the geo taxonomy module you couldn't represent terms on the map.

Hi, thanks for the quick reply! I didn't see or may have missed the information regarding geo taxonomy on the project page. If not included on purpose, is it because there are geo coding modules other than geo taxonomy that may be used? Thanks for your support!

At first only geo taxonomy could be used, than someone asked to use location module for nodes. After that I tried to enable a wide range of handlers, so it is probably possible to use some other geo coding module. If you have something specific in mind an verify that it's impossible to use, contact me and I will do my best to include it.
