Hide Children in combination with Module "Content Access"

I use "Views tree" in combination with the Module "Content Access" and the "per content node access controle settings".

When I block access to a parent node all the childs are listet at the Top of the Tree. I wanted to hide Children, if the parent is blocked.

with a small change in views_tree.theme.inc this is posible (see the patch)
