See: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc978736.aspx. I can't replicate this error on my own Windows 7 box with IE8. Passing to Robbie to see if he has any issues.

The pop-up window generated by WYSIWYG ImageFiled works just fine, though.

I just tested this on windows 7 in IE8, IE7, and just for fun IE6 :)
and I had no issues with any of those dialogs.

Assigning to Troy to test. Troy, can you beat on the WYSIWGY editor in IE(s)?

This issue was fixed by turning on CSS compression found in /admin/settings/performance

Kicking back to Troy for adding compression to the install profile. NOTE: Note js compression - just page, block and css.
