This patch removes the un-needed psuedo classes and also cleans up the print.css a little. (new line for each grouped selector and hexadecimal colors instead of the word)

Title: :hover, and :active need not be redefined in print.css » Remove unnecessary selectors from print.css

Merging with #961744: print.css: #content a:visited:after is frivolous.
