Is there any module that let ppl offer or search for items?
I thought about doing this with taxonomy/term/cck - but I think that will miss plenty things like e.g. automatic removable after xx days or things like that.

Is there any module out for that?

the word you're looking for is classifieds, search for it and you'll find plenty of information of how to do something like this in Drupal

Hey.

I only found 1 module - and that did not work very well.
I although found a group about that topic, but no clear how-to.

well, it's Drupal, there's no such thing as a clear how-to...

if a module doesn't quite work that well for you, you'd have to adapt it...
