collapsible fieldsets not supported?

i have to actually use firebug to remove the "collapsed" class from the fieldset i want to open up...take ckeditor for example...in order to change any settings within a ckeditor profile, you can't expand any of the fieldsets on that settings page, so you're SOL...i like the theme but it's no use without support for collapsible fieldsets as much as they're used in core!
