Script to Refresh Single RSS Aggregator title

Can anyone think of a way to allow a user with publishing rights to be able to get the Drupal native aggregator to update the feed whenever they publish new content? I do not want to give them admin rights to access the aggregator management section.

I was wondering if it would be possible to craft a link/script that would be accessible only if they are logged in, that would do the equivalent of the "update now" link on the aggregator admin listing page.

I was thinking of trying to write one up, but thought I would check first to see if some one has already done it and would like to share it.
