Having a really nasty persistent problem of fieldgroups failing to appear on the content type screen once they are created. I can see they seem to be created correctly in the DB, so wondering if maybe its a fail related to jquery UI or jquery update. This is happening in multiple content types, I wonder if anyone else has diagnosed this kind of issue.

Earlier I had seen the messed-up groups' titles appearing off the form, next to the save button (but not appearing on the list). Strange stuff.

Additionally if I try to recreate one with the same ID code, then it fails upon attempting to insert a duplicate entry.

I think this was a conflict in jquery or another module interfering. Possibly displaysuites or editablefields.
