Unable to see file previews on attachments because inline JS for preview is loaded multiple times

I've been troubleshooting this problem for awhile now and it has something to do w/ aliases. When certain aliases are called, the inline JS's added from file.theme.inc and file_attach.theme.inc are doubled. For example, I get two loading throbbers for any file preview. Weird, huh? Only certain theme functions from this module are loading twice.

I'm assuming I have 2 copies of the same alias and the scripts load twice accordingly, but that is a half-baked theory right now. I have another site with similar aliases, but it's not giving me this problem.

If anyone could illuminate the mechanism behind why this could be happening, I would appreciate it.

Ok. I'm going to post this issue in Custom Breadcrumbs as well as it seems that turning the path related breadcrumb on is necessary though not sufficient (cause I have another site where File Framework and Custom Breadcrumbs work peacefully together) to trigger this problem.
