I have two attachments below showing you the collapsed fieldsets working on one site, and not the other.

I cannot configure anything on a content page with the problem on the first image.

How can I solve this please?

This is a multi-site installation, and I had difficulty to configure CKEditor, but then ,managed to configure it well for one site, but then the other site, the links started to act "funny". And now, they do not link at all. I'm not sure what to do? The links in the collapsed section work well on one site, but the other. This is very frustrating since I cannot even select the Input format of a content for example, and I cannot even configure CKEditor for this site for example. When I check in Firebugs, it shows the system.css file coding. And I can see that the a href in the HTML on the site where the links work, but not the site where they don't work.

Hello,

As I was starting to get very frustrated with this problem: I decided to re-install the site where the links did not work. After all, I didn't have any content yet on the site. So, it was OK.
