This module, like all Drupal modules you download from drupal.org, licensed under the GPL.

Therefore, the module itself is free for commercial and non-commercial use.

The module uses data from Yahoo, and therefore the use of the data is subject to Yahoo's terms.

Having said that, there are tens, probably hundreds, of scripts available on the internet to do the same thing from various languages (Perl, PHP, Python, ...)
