Google Visualization API over HTTPS

Issue:
Not connecting to via HTTPS

Result:
IE: Pop-up with "This page contains both secure and nonsecure items. Do
you want to display the nonsecure items?"
Other: Not fully secure red highlighted HTTPS in the address bar

Expected result:
No alerts appears

Fix:
To allow connections via HTTPS the url's in "gvs.theme.inc" must be renamed from http:// to https:// (ie. https://www.google.com/jsapi).

1) Allow option to select HTTP or HTTPS connection.
2) Always connect via HTTPS
