I'm getting
SQLSTATE[00000] [1130] Host 'example.com' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server.
See the attached images for the various commands I've run.
Does MySQL need a root@% record? If so this doesn't exist by on the servers I'm looking at, so maybe this should be added to INSTALL.txt.

simeI worked out the problem, I'll add some info to the troubleshooting docs.

simeI've added two sections to the troubleshooting page "If something goes wrong" and "MySQL" based on my recent installation experience.
