User Registration won't work if Optimize JavaScript files is Enabled.
The Registration dialog remain stuck on ajax-loading.
I suspect there's a conflict with the password checker script and i'm not sure that's a dialog issue, rather a ctool issue.

i thought that's a Dialog/Ctools problem, but it seems a jquery update one, with jquery.form
i updated the script and it works
