enforce_revlog 6.x-1.0-beta4

Fixed bug report #935184: Option to define default revision log for node creation by rsevero. In the process, the code has been greatly refactored and optimized because there was a flaw in the logic triggering the required state of the log message.

Numerous improvements in this release and better code quality in general. The module should work as expected and no big modification should be brought to the code in the future.

From the user experience side, you are now able to edit enforce_revlog settings directly on the content-type editing form.

If no issue is reported in 2 weeks time, version number will be bumped to 1.0-rc1, and 2 weeks after to 1.0 final release.
