The software tries to print a receipt the moment I enter an item into the register and not when I click on a payment method. Any suggestions?

Okay. Apparently this only happens when I enter an item with a $0 selling price - still a bug I would say, and not a problem normally, but there may be an occasion where you'd want to list a free item.
