The UUID term component should export related terms and synonyms.

With regards to related terms: as there is no data model restriction on cross vocabulary relations, related vocabularies should be added to the component export along with related terms.

any news since #1245582: Restore uuid_features compatibility with uuid (which removed vocabularies export) went in ?
